Guideline for Authors
Paper Format:
Manuscripts submitted to The 3rd International Conference on Robotics, Automation and Intelligent Control (ICRAIC) must be written in English, including references. Authors should prepare their papers on the basis of Template & Instruction (click to download).
The format guidelines specify the font and font size, margins, page layout, and many other details that ensure consistency across all papers. Authors are encouraged to follow the format guidelines strictly to make their manuscripts easy to read and understand. It is important to note that the format guidelines differ from those of a regular research paper. Therefore, authors should carefully review the conference proceedings template and update it according to their manuscript's requirements.

Submission Method:
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically via the conference website's submission portal.

All required information must be entered correctly, as incomplete or incorrect submissions may be rejected without review. The submission process requires authors to upload their manuscript and complete an online form with information including the paper title, author names and affiliations, and keywords. Authors should also indicate which topic area best represents their manuscript. 

Review Process:
All submitted papers will be subject to double-blind peer review by experts in the field. This means that the reviewers will not know the identity of the authors, and vice versa. The reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its Originality, Significance, Technical Quality, Clarity and Organization, Relevance to Conference Theme, Experimental or Theoretical Validation, References and Citations, Ethical Considerations, and Presentation Quality
. They will also provide constructive feedback on how the manuscript can be improved. Authors can expect to receive notification of acceptance or rejection within 4-5 weeks of submission. If a manuscript is accepted, authors will receive feedback from the reviewers and instructions on how to prepare their presentation.

Best Paper
Techinical program committee will select the best papers among all the submitted and reviewed papers, and announce the best papers' list and award the prizes on the day of the conference.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference. At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper. A detailed presentation guideline will be provided to authors upon acceptance. During the presentation, authors should highlight the key contributions of their work and provide a clear explanation of the methods and results. They should also be prepared to answer questions from the audience and engage in discussion.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the format guidelines.

Deadlines and Policies of Registration
Registrations are accepted until: 5th November 2023.
After this date, non-speaker registration is still possible, although conference bags and proceedings are limited to the existing stock.If you are interested in giving presentation and publishing your paper on conference, you can choose to attend ICRAIC 2023 as Presenter. In principle, there should be at least one author for each paper to participate in this conference. All participants should contact register via email firstly in order to participate in the conference.

Details of Cancellation and Refund
If you withdraw your submitted article, you will receive a refund. Moreover, an article processing charge of 30% will be deducted.
All cancellations must be received by email. (Telephone cancellations are not accepted)
